Elevate Your Mental Wellbeing

You've worked hard to get where you are. On the outside, it looks like you have it all together- but inside, the pressure, the self-doubt, and the endless expectations can feel overwhelming.

If you're feeling stuck, questioning your worth, or struggling to balance success with well-being, you're not alone. High-achieving professionals often face these challenges in silence, but you don't have to.

This is where our work together begins…

At Manning Psychological Wellness, I help ambitious professionals to navigate these challenges, gain clarity, and develop strategies that support resilience and growth- professionally and personally.

Managing the demands of modern life and work often brings emotional challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. Fast-paced environments, demanding careers, and high expectations often contribute to stress, anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed or disconnected.

I provide individual therapy for adults using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic therapy. Treatment is personalized to your unique needs, goals, and life circumstances, with an emphasis on meaningful, sustainable change.

Individual therapy can support you in addressing:

  • Anxiety, Depression and mood concerns

  • Work-related stress and burnout

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Self-esteem challenges

  • Interpersonal difficulties and improve relationship patterns

Therapy offers a space to explore underlying patterns, develop insight, and build skills that support emotional resilience and greater fulfillment.

I offer virtual therapy sessions for adults residing in New York and New Jersey, or in a PSYPACT participating state.

High-pressure careers and elevated expectations can take a toll on both performance and well-being. My coaching services are designed for professionals who want to feel confident, focused, and fulfilled.

As a Licensed Psychologist and Hogan Assessment Certified Coach, I combine evidence-based coaching with leadership assessment tools to help clients gain deeper self-awareness, better understand their strengths and potential blind spots and identify opportunities for professional development.

Coaching is a present and future-focused, collaborative process aimed at helping you clarify goals, strengthen decision-making, and take intentional, actionable steps forward. Sessions emphasize productivity, performance and sustainable growth while recognizing the demands of leadership and professional life.

I offer both therapy and coaching, but they are provided as separate services. During our consultation call, we can determine which approach is the best fit for your needs and goals.

Clients often seek coaching to:

  • Gain deeper insight into your leadership strengths, motivations, and potential blind spots

  • Navigate career transitions or increased responsibility

  • Address imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or self-doubt

  • Manage work-related stress and high internal pressure

  • Build confidence, clarity, and executive presence

What Getting Started Looks Like

  1. Schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation

We briefly discuss what you’re looking for, how I work, and whether this feels like a good fit for your needs.

  2. Clarify next steps

We review scheduling, fees for therapy or coaching services, and out-of-network reimbursement (therapy only) options if needed.

  3. Begin Sessions

Your first session is a 60-minute intake appointment designed to help us get to know one another. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy or coaching. I’ll also gather background information to better understand your history, current stressors, and goals.

Most clients choose to meet on a weekly basis, particularly at the start of therapy or coaching. Consistent meetings help maintain momentum, allows for deeper exploration with continuity between sessions, and a more cohesive approach to therapy or coaching. While progress looks different for everyone, many clients find that steady, ongoing work supports deeper understanding and more meaningful change over time. Sessions are thoughtful, structured, and tailored to your goals— whether you’re navigating burnout, transitions, or high-pressure roles.

Why Self-Pay Therapy Is a Meaningful Investment in Your Well-Being

Choosing an Out-of-Network (OON) Psychologist means investing in personalized care without the limitations of insurance, and allows for discretion and flexibility.

  • No insurance restrictions on frequency, treatment length or approach.

  • Sessions are not limited to medical conditions covered by insurance, but can address any challenges you and your psychologist determine would be beneficial to explore.

  • You choose the focus of treatment— no diagnosis required. Insurance may limit care to diagnostic codes, rather than what matters most to you.

  • Your privacy stays in your control. Insurance companies require a diagnosis and may request documentation. When you self-pay without insurance involvement, your records remain between us.

  • We work together as long as needed to achieve lasting change.

  • Can enhance your commitment to the process, helping you stay engaged and achieve meaningful results more quickly.

  • Ideal for professionals, executives, and individuals who want discretion.
